when checking in i didn't have the voucher to hand but was told it didn't matter so went ahead however at breakfast we were told we had to pay as it wasn't in our deal, staff were unhelpful. When i got the voucher they bearly apologised. Do not eat in this hotel, we had our evening meal and breakfast there and both were terrible
